Chapter 1
What Is the Triangle Operating System?
The Triangle OS is the unified command center where a human CEO, an AI Co-CEO, and an AI COO run an entire company together in real-time. It is not a dashboard. It is not a project management tool. It is a living operating system built on 7+ years of Jared's personal development data (2019 - present).
Three layers compose the system:
LAYER 1: PERSONAL OS
Your life: identity, goals, disciplines, finances, relationships, legacy. The person behind the company.
LAYER 2: COMPANY OS (TRIANGLE)
The business: strategic timeline, morning pulse, handshake queue, ship board, revenue, investors, deliverables.
LAYER 3: TEAM HQ
Your people: team directory, meetings, email activity, customer board, ops metrics.
Future Layer: An avatar interface (conversational layer) sits above the 777 Command Center. You will be able to talk to the OS instead of clicking through it. The Command Center is the engine; the avatar is the steering wheel.

Jared opens the 777 Command Center and enters his top priorities for the day in the Morning Pulse. Within 5 minutes, Aether and Chy scope the work, break it into tasks, and assign owners. The day has direction before the first coffee is finished.

Check Handshake Queue, Work in Parallel
Aether and Chy work in parallel. Items that need human input or cross-team handoff go into the Handshake Queue. Jared checks it periodically and approves, redirects, or overrides. Deliverables are logged in real-time on the Ship Board.

The relay system between Aether and Chy. Items that need human approval, cross-domain handoff, or priority override land here. Jared can approve, redirect, or override anything. Nothing falls through the cracks.

The vision: The data lives in the spreadsheet today, but the 777 Command Center is becoming the primary interface. The Historical Archives section lets you browse any year, any tab, searchable and filterable. Eventually, you will never need to open the spreadsheet directly. 777 becomes the OS. The spreadsheet becomes the storage layer.
